We are so excited to finally arrive at our first wedding of the year! Even more so, our excitement couldn't be contained as this is our first time booking a wedding in Virginia. 

                                          

From Atlanta, GA we loaded our jeep and drove about 9 hours to meet with our first couple of the year. We made this a weekend stay by booking one of the cottages available at the resort where they were getting married. Our stay began on the evening of March 23rd and ended at noon two days later. Their beautiful wedding was a beach ceremony by the water and an indoor reception which turned out amazing. I pretty much get teary-eyed at every wedding we film because I just love, love!

I first came in contact with Melanie when she posted in a wedding group on Facebook that she was looking for a videographer for her upcoming wedding. Excitingly enough, when I reached out to her, she took a look at our work and was sold based on a popular wedding film on our site. We chatted back and forth a few times before we officially booked, but I'd say based on our conference call that it was an instant match. I'm so glad we had the honor to capture their forever moments on video as it was an adventure!

Melanie and Christian are a very sweet and friendly couple. Their country wedding music/band had us tapping our feet all night long! Seeing their friends and family come together in such an upbeat and joyful manner was breathtaking. The decor was a really nice beach theme and the food was deliciously amazing! I am so happy for these two and their new journey in life as a married couple. Stay tuned for their wedding film because it is going to be as perfect as their love for each other!
