We pride ourselves on being a company that can sometimes operate with flexible pricing where if a bride reaches out with a budget so close to our package price, we will try to work with them if they are a good fit! But, we don't always get to do that because we only take on a select few couples per year to balance our life with two small kids and the commercial side of our business. With that being said, we understand that sometimes we cannot accommodate those who can't pay the price tag of what we charge, which some would consider to be "expensive."
That is why we have decided to run a promotion called "The Three Bride Selection" twice a year. The purpose of this promotion is to give back to the industry, while still being able to add to our portfolio. So, if you weren't previously aware of what it is and how it works, please keep reading. This promotion is primarily for all you brides on a budget out there! We will work with your budget to get you an amazing video! We promise that we will not lower our quality or standard of service. We will simply show up for you in the same way we would for our couples who pay top dollar. Sound too good to be true?
- We will first advertise the promotion and it generally runs for about 30 days
- We will respond to anyone whose date is available in our calendar
- We will chat with you to see if you're a good fit (looking for three things)
- We will narrow our options down to 6 brides and then choose our top three
Once we choose those three couples, we will reach back out and make them an offer based on their budget. Sometimes we're conservative with our offer, but most often we are very generous because at the end of it all, we are padding our portfolio and we want to deliver the best that we can for it. So we wouldn't let you or ourselves down.
At this rate, I'm sure you're still wondering - what's the point? Why do you really do this? The truth is that when we first started our business, we always said we would try our best to stay true to who we are. We also said that we would treat people well, work our hardest, and always find ways to serve or give back. This promotion has been nothing short of amazing for us because we always end up with the most fun, laid-back, and grateful couples who really see the value in the work we put in to make this possible. To add to that, most brides who are on a budget would consider our $2,000-$6,000 price tags to be expensive and understandably so. But, just because a couple couldn't afford that, doesn't mean they are less deserving of a beautiful wedding film. So, when we offer this service at a lower, more affordable rate for the couples who are selected, we find that their appreciation is always through the roof, and that's the best part!
All in all, a wedding film is like a time capsule because it literally allows you to pause a moment in time and then relive it as many times as you'd like in sight, sound, and motion. We really always aim to work with the brides and grooms who truly see the value in all that a wedding film can convey. We don't want to have to convince you, we want you to already be obsessed because it makes us more confident knowing we can deliver a film that you will love and cherish forever. So, that is the heart of our thoughts behind this.
We run this promotion twice a year in January and August. Occasionally if we can't find couples that fit, we'll extend the promotion or start running it earlier for the second half of July. Its popularity has grown since 2022, and we usually have about 100 or so brides chatting with us to be selected.
